Responsibilities
- Complete comprehensive 4-week paid training program covering CRM systems, communication protocols, and product knowledge
- Handle inbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat with empathy and professionalism
- Document interactions accurately in Salesforce and escalate complex issues to senior team members
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve customer concerns efficiently
- Meet daily performance metrics including response time and customer satisfaction scores
- Participate in weekly coaching sessions to refine skills and address knowledge gaps
Qualifications
