Responsibilities
- Assist new and existing clients with product inquiries, account setup, and technical troubleshooting via phone and email.
- Build and maintain strong, positive relationships with customers to ensure high retention rates.
- Document all customer interactions and feedback accurately in the CRM system.
- Identify upsell opportunities and present relevant solutions to enhance the customer experience.
- Collaborate with the sales and support teams to resolve complex issues efficiently.
- Attend daily and weekly training sessions to stay updated on product knowledge and company policies.
- Meet or exceed daily and monthly performance metrics regarding customer satisfaction and response time.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED is required; a degree is a plus but not mandatory.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to speak clearly and listen actively.
- Reliable internet connection and a computer/laptop (we provide equipment for remote roles).
- A positive attitude and a genuine desire to help others succeed.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including evenings and weekends.
- Basic computer proficiency and willingness to learn new software quickly.
