Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and providing product guidance.
- Conduct onboarding training sessions for new clients to ensure they understand our platform features.
- Monitor client accounts to identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities.
- Collaborate with the technical and sales teams to relay critical client feedback.
- Maintain accurate records in the CRM system regarding client interactions and account status.
- Participate in weekly training workshops to stay updated on product changes and industry best practices.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED is required; Bachelor’s degree is a plus.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with a professional demeanor.
- Demonstrated ability to learn new software and technical concepts quickly.
- Must be authorized to work in the United States.
- Reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace are required for remote training components.
- Previous customer service or support experience is preferred but not mandatory for the right attitude.
