Responsibilities
- Conduct product training sessions for new and existing clients to ensure successful adoption of our platform.
- Manage client relationships by monitoring account health and resolving technical or service inquiries.
- Collaborate with the sales and technical support teams to ensure seamless onboarding processes.
- Track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to customer satisfaction and retention.
- Proactively identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell additional services to current accounts.
- Participate in weekly team meetings and training workshops to refine skills and product knowledge.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; Associateās or Bachelorās degree is a plus.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-centric mindset.
- Ability to learn new software and technical concepts quickly.
