Responsibilities
- Manage 50+ daily customer interactions via phone/email/chat
- Resolve complex technical and billing inquiries using Salesforce
- Document cases in CRM with 100% accuracy
- Collaborate with technical team for escalated issues
- Meet/exceed monthly KPIs for resolution time and CSAT
- Participate in quarterly product knowledge updates
- Contribute to process improvement initiatives
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (college preferred)
- Strong verbal/written communication skills
- Basic computer proficiency (MS Office, internet navigation)
- Ability to adapt to fast-paced changing environments
