Responsibilities
- Respond to incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a professional and courteous manner.
- Assist customers with product information, order status, and account inquiries.
- Process customer orders, returns, and exchanges accurately and efficiently.
- Document customer interactions and feedback in our CRM system.
- Identify and escalate complex issues to the management team when necessary.

- Meet daily and monthly sales and service targets.
Qualifications
