Responsibilities
- Assist customers via phone, email, and chat with inquiries and product information.
- Resolve customer complaints and issues with a focus on high customer satisfaction.
- Learn and utilize our proprietary CRM software and training programs.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily and monthly performance goals.
- Document customer interactions and feedback accurately.
- Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling products.
- Complete required paid training modules before full system access.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED).
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Basic computer proficiency and typing skills (35+ WPM).
- Reliable high-speed internet connection (if remote).
- Strong communication and active listening skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies.
