Responsibilities
- Answer incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat in a professional and timely manner.
- Assist customers with product information, order status, and billing questions.
- Resolve customer complaints and issues efficiently to ensure high satisfaction levels.
- Collaborate with the sales and support teams to meet daily and weekly performance targets.
- Document all customer interactions accurately in our CRM database.

Qualifications
