Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly and assist them with their inquiries in a professional and friendly manner.
- Process sales transactions, returns, and exchanges accurately using the POS system.
- Answer incoming phone calls and direct them to the appropriate department or staff member.
- Keep the sales floor and stock areas organized, clean, and fully stocked.
- Assist in inventory management and stock replenishment as needed.
