Responsibilities
- Manage inbound and outbound customer inquiries with a professional, friendly, and solution-oriented demeanor.
- Resolve customer issues efficiently and accurately while adhering to company policies and standard operating procedures.
- Accurately enter and maintain customer data, order information, and feedback in our CRM system.
- Collaborate with the sales and support team to meet daily and monthly performance targets.
- Provide exceptional service to ensure high customer satisfaction scores and retention.
- Assist in training new team members and maintaining a positive, collaborative work environment.
- Identify opportunities to upsell products or services to existing clients to drive revenue.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED) is required.
- Basic computer skills and proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to listen actively.
