Responsibilities
- Define the 2026 AI Strategy: Lead the long-term vision for AI development, focusing on scalability, autonomy, and ethical alignment for the 2026 technological landscape.
- Architect Advanced Systems: Design and oversee the development of complex distributed AI systems, including LLMs, reinforcement learning environments, and neural-symbolic integration.
- Technical Leadership: Mentor a team of senior engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of innovation and high-performance engineering.
- Infrastructure Optimization: Oversee the migration and scaling of AI infrastructure to ensure high availability and low latency for global deployments.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with product, security, and legal teams to ensure AI solutions are robust, secure, and compliant with emerging regulations.
- Research & Development: Stay ahead of the curve on emerging trends (e.g., Quantum AI, Neuromorphic computing) and evaluate their applicability to our roadmap.
Qualifications
- Education: Masterβs or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related quantitative field from a top-tier institution.
- Experience: Minimum of 10 years of experience in software architecture, with at least 5 years specifically focused on AI/ML systems.
- Technical Skills: Deep expertise in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and distributed systems. Experience with model orchestration (e.g., Kubeflow, MLflow) is essential.
- Strategic Vision: Proven track record of translating abstract research concepts into scalable, production-ready software architectures.
- Leadership: Demonstrated ability to lead high-performing engineering teams and manage cross-functional projects from conception to delivery.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, capable of presenting complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
