Responsibilities
- Architect and oversee the development of scalable AGI systems and next-gen neural networks capable of complex reasoning.
- Define the long-term technical roadmap for 2026, bridging the gap between theoretical research and production deployment.
- Lead a team of elite AI researchers and engineers in designing quantum-inspired algorithms and optimization models.
- Collaborate with product and design teams to integrate futuristic UI/UX paradigms into core AI engines.
- Establish best practices for ethics, safety, and responsible innovation in advanced AI deployment.
- Drive the integration of edge computing with cloud infrastructure to support real-time neural processing.
Qualifications
- Ph.D. or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or a related field with a focus on AI.
- 10+ years of experience in AI/ML engineering, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership or architecture role.
- Deep expertise in Deep Learning frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch) and Large Language Models (LLMs).
- Proven track record of delivering innovative tech solutions in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
- Strong understanding of ethical AI, algorithmic bias mitigation, and responsible innovation principles.
- Experience with quantum computing concepts or advanced data structures is a major plus.
