Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; Associate's degree preferred.
- Previous call center or customer service experience is a plus but not required (training provided).
- Excellent verbal communication and active listening skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and basic computer operations.
- Reliable internet connection and a dedicated workspace (if applicable).
- Able to work a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends.
