Responsibilities
- Handle a high volume of inbound and outbound customer calls with a focus on customer satisfaction and retention.
- Resolve customer issues and inquiries efficiently by utilizing company resources and product knowledge.
- Accurately document customer interactions, account information, and transactions into the CRM system.
- Follow established scripts and guidelines to ensure consistency in communication and brand messaging.
- Collaborate with team leads and cross-functional departments to escalate complex issues.
- Identify opportunities to upsell products or services to existing clients.
- Participate in daily team meetings and training sessions to improve performance and product knowledge.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree preferred.
- Previous experience in a call center or customer service environment is a plus but not required.
- Excellent verbal communication and active listening skills.
- Proficiency in using computers and navigating multiple software applications simultaneously.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a patient, empathetic demeanor.
- Reliable high-speed internet connection and a quiet workspace (required for remote setup).
- Ability to work full-time hours, including weekends and holidays as needed.
