Responsibilities
- Handle a high volume of inbound and outbound customer calls with professionalism and a positive attitude.
- Resolve customer inquiries, complaints, and issues efficiently while adhering to company policies.
- Accurately enter customer data, order information, and transaction details into our CRM systems.
- Identify opportunities to upsell products or services to meet sales targets.
- Maintain a deep knowledge of company products, services, and policies to provide accurate information.
- Collaborate with team leads and support staff to ensure customer satisfaction metrics are met.
- Document all interactions and resolutions in the customer database.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Previous experience in a customer service or call center environment is preferred but not mandatory.
- Excellent verbal communication and active listening skills.
- Strong computer proficiency with MS Office and CRM software.
- Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure.
