Responsibilities
- Process customer transactions (deposits, withdrawals, transfers) with 100% accuracy
- Resolve account inquiries and present financial solutions
- Balance cash drawers and maintain strict compliance protocols
- Operate multi-channel banking systems (in-person, digital, ATM)
- Identify cross-sell opportunities for bank products and services
- Uphold strict security and anti-fraud procedures
- Contribute to branch sales goals through customer relationship building
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Basic math aptitude and cash handling comfort
- Strong customer service orientation with problem-solving skills
- Ability to stand for extended periods and handle multiple tasks
- Proficiency with basic computer applications
- Pass criminal background check and credit check
- Spanish fluency preferred for Miami market
- Valid Florida driver's license (if required for branch visits)
