Responsibilities
- Master cash handling, transaction processing, and account services during paid training period
- Deliver exceptional customer service through in-person and digital banking interactions
- Learn fraud detection protocols and security compliance procedures
- Process deposits, withdrawals, transfers, and loan payments accurately
- Build product knowledge to assist customers with banking solutions
- Contribute to branch sales goals by identifying customer needs
- Adhere to all banking regulations and internal policies
Qualifications
