Responsibilities
- Process customer transactions (deposits, withdrawals, transfers) with 100% accuracy
- Maintain cash drawer accountability and daily reconciliation procedures
- Deliver exceptional customer service through active listening and problem-solving
- Learn and implement anti-fraud detection protocols and regulatory compliance standards
- Identify cross-selling opportunities for bank products and services
- Participate in ongoing training modules to develop technical and soft skills
- Collaborate with branch team to ensure smooth daily operations
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree preferred
- Strong numerical aptitude and attention to detail
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends
- Pass criminal background check and drug screening
- Willingness to complete paid training program (8 weeks)
- Basic computer proficiency with ability to learn banking software
