Responsibilities
- Process customer transactions (deposits, withdrawals, transfers) with 100% accuracy
- Provide exceptional service to bank clients via in-person and drive-up windows
- Balance cash drawer and daily transactions per bank protocols
- Cross-sell bank products (checking, savings, credit cards) to meet goals
- Adhere to strict security and compliance standards
- Assist with new account openings and documentation
- Participate in ongoing training programs to master banking procedures
Qualifications
