Responsibilities
- Process customer transactions with precision, including cash deposits, withdrawals, check cashing, and loan payments.
- Provide exceptional customer service by answering inquiries and resolving account issues efficiently.
- Assist in the opening of new accounts and explaining complex banking products to clients.
- Identify cross-selling opportunities to promote credit cards, loans, and investment products.
- Maintain accurate daily cash balances and reconcile the teller drawer at the end of the shift.
- Adhere to all banking regulations, security protocols, and compliance policies.
- Collaborate with the branch team to achieve daily sales and service goals.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor's degree in Finance or Business preferred.
- Previous customer service or retail experience is highly desirable.
- Strong mathematical aptitude and the ability to handle cash with 100% accuracy.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.
- Proficiency in using computer terminals and POS systems.
- Must possess a valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
