Responsibilities
- Process customer transactions (deposits, withdrawals, transfers) with precision
- Balance cash drawers daily and maintain accurate records
- Provide exceptional customer service and resolve inquiries
- Learn and adhere to banking compliance regulations (BSA, AML)
- Assist with marketing bank products and services
- Participate in cross-functional training rotations
- Maintain organized workspace and digital filing systems
Qualifications
- No banking experience required—training provided!
- High school diploma or equivalent required
