Responsibilities
- Process customer transactions, including cash deposits, withdrawals, and check cashing, with high accuracy.
- Open new checking and savings accounts for customers and explain product features.
- Provide exceptional customer service by answering inquiries and resolving account issues.
- Cross-sell bank products, such as credit cards and loans, to meet branch goals.
- Balance daily cash drawers and reconcile transactions to ensure compliance with regulations.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace to uphold professional standards.
- Assist in promoting bank awareness within the local Oakland community.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED is required.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills are essential.
- Basic math skills with the ability to handle cash accurately.
- Reliable transportation is required for the job location.
