Responsibilities
- Process cash transactions, deposits, and withdrawals with 99.8% accuracy
- Deliver exceptional customer service via virtual and in-person channels
- Train on digital banking platforms and compliance protocols
- Support branch operations through cross-functional training
- Meet monthly referral goals for bank products/services
- Participate in quarterly community outreach initiatives
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (college preferred)
- 6+ months customer service or cash handling experience
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and banking software
- Ability to pass FBI fingerprint background check
- Valid Arizona driver's license (for occasional branch visits)
- Strong attention to detail and conflict resolution skills
