Responsibilities
- Accurately process deposits, withdrawals, loan payments, and account transfers for customers.
- Provide exceptional customer service by answering questions and resolving account inquiries efficiently.
- Operate the Point of Sale (POS) system and automated teller machines (ATMs) with precision.
- Cash checks and issue cash withdrawals while adhering to strict federal and state regulations.
- Assist in cross-selling banking products and services to meet branch sales goals.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and secure work environment.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Basic math skills and attention to detail are essential.
- Previous customer service experience is a plus but not required for our Trainee program.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
- Must pass a background check and pre-employment drug screening.
