Responsibilities
- Process customer transactions (deposits, withdrawals, transfers) with 100% accuracy
- Provide exceptional in-person and phone-based customer service
- Balance cash drawers and reconcile daily transactions
- Introduce customers to digital banking solutions
- Uphold strict compliance protocols and anti-fraud measures
- Collaborate with branch manager to optimize service efficiency
- Participate in ongoing product knowledge training
Qualifications
