Responsibilities
- Process Daily Transactions: Accurately handle cash deposits, withdrawals, check cashing, and loan payments with 100% precision.
- Customer Engagement: Greet customers warmly, answer inquiries, and provide exceptional service to build lasting relationships.
- Product Promotion: Identify customer needs and recommend our range of financial products, including savings accounts and credit cards.
- Operational Support: Assist the branch manager with daily operations, including balancing the drawer and maintaining branch appearance.
- Compliance & Security: Adhere strictly to all banking regulations, Know Your Customer (KYC) protocols, and security policies.
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor's degree in Finance or Business is a plus.
- Experience: Previous customer service or retail experience is preferred but not mandatory for the Trainee role.
- Skills: Strong mathematical aptitude and proficiency with basic computer applications and POS systems.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a professional demeanor.
- Reliability: Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, as required by the branch schedule.
- Attention to Detail: Keen eye for detail to ensure accuracy in all financial transactions.
