Responsibilities
- Process customer transactions accurately, including deposits, withdrawals, and loan payments.
- Verify the accuracy of cash and check deposits against transaction records.
- Provide exceptional customer service by greeting clients and answering their questions.
- Cross-sell bank products, such as savings accounts and credit cards, to meet sales goals.
- Resolve customer inquiries and complaints with professionalism and patience.
