Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly and assist with deposits, withdrawals, and loan payments.
- Process cash transactions with a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Learn to operate bank teller software and automated teller machines (ATMs).
- Balance cash drawers and reconcile daily transactions at the end of the shift.
- Resolve customer inquiries regarding account balances and fees.
- Assist in cross-selling bank products and services to meet branch goals.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace, including the teller line and lobby.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent is required.
- Basic math skills and the ability to count money quickly and accurately.
- Strong customer service skills and the ability to communicate effectively.
- Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Willingness to undergo a background check and credit check.
