Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly and provide professional assistance for all financial inquiries and transactions.
- Process deposits, withdrawals, loan payments, and check cashing with strict accuracy.
- Open new checking and savings accounts, explaining product features and benefits to clients.
- Handle cash drawers with 100% accountability and adherence to security compliance.
- Identify cross-selling opportunities to promote our suite of financial products.
- Resolve customer concerns efficiently and escalate complex issues to supervisors when necessary.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree in Finance, Business, or a related field is a plus.
- Previous customer service experience is highly preferred.
- Strong mathematical aptitude and the ability to perform mental math quickly and accurately.
- Excellent interpersonal and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a professional demeanor.
- Basic computer proficiency and willingness to learn banking software systems.
