Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly and provide exceptional service at the teller line.
- Process deposits, withdrawals, loan payments, and cash checks with 100% accuracy.
- Learn and execute daily cash reconciliation and balancing procedures.
- Identify cross-selling opportunities for bank products and services.
- Assist with opening new accounts and maintaining customer records.
- Adhere to all banking regulations, compliance policies, and security protocols.
- Resolve customer inquiries and complaints with patience and professionalism.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED is required.
- Previous cash handling or customer service experience is a plus but not mandatory for Trainees.
- Strong basic math skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.
- Must pass a background check and credit check.
