Responsibilities
- Process customer transactions accurately, including cash deposits, withdrawals, and check handling.
- Provide exceptional customer service by greeting clients and resolving account inquiries efficiently.
- Learn to operate banking software and handle ATM transactions under supervision.
- Assist in maintaining branch security and safety protocols.
- Identify and cross-sell financial products to meet branch targets.
- Balance daily teller drawers and reconcile daily settlements.
- Collaborate with the branch manager and team to ensure operational efficiency.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; some college coursework in finance or business is a plus.
- Strong mathematical aptitude with a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Must be reliable, punctual, and willing to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
- Background check and credit check required for final consideration.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation are preferred.
