Responsibilities

- Sell bank products (checking accounts, credit cards) to meet monthly targets
- Balance cash drawers and maintain strict compliance with banking regulations
- Operate teller systems and digital banking tools efficiently
- Participate in daily team huddles and monthly training sessions
- Uphold strict security protocols for cash and sensitive customer data
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED accepted)
- Basic math proficiency and attention to detail
- Strong communication skills in English (bilingual Spanish a plus)
- Ability to stand for 6+ hours and handle cash transactions
- Pass background check and credit verification (no major delinquencies)
