Responsibilities
- Process customer transactions including deposits, withdrawals, transfers, and loan payments using provided banking equipment
- Deliver exceptional customer service while adhering to all banking regulations and security protocols
- Operate cash drawers, check scanners, and other banking machinery with precision and accuracy
- Assist customers with account inquiries, resolve issues, and promote bank products/services
- Maintain accurate transaction records and comply with anti-money laundering (AML) procedures
- Participate in cross-functional training sessions covering banking software and compliance updates
- Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless branch operations and customer satisfaction
Qualifications
