Responsibilities
- Process customer transactions including deposits, withdrawals, and transfers with accuracy
- Provide exceptional service to bank clients, resolving inquiries and building relationships
- Balance cash drawers daily and maintain strict compliance with financial regulations
- Actively cross-sell bank products and services based on customer needs
- Assist with ATM operations and branch security protocols
