Responsibilities
- Process customer transactions including deposits, withdrawals, and transfers with accuracy
- Provide exceptional customer service while resolving account inquiries and concerns
- Balance cash drawers and maintain strict compliance with banking regulations
- Identify cross-selling opportunities for bank products and services
- Learn and apply fraud prevention procedures and security protocols
- Assist with branch operations and support team members as needed
- Participate in ongoing training programs to develop banking expertise
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; college coursework preferred
- Strong numerical aptitude and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Basic proficiency with computer systems and banking software
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision
- Previous cash handling or customer service experience a plus
