Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer service at teller stations and through digital channels
- Process transactions accurately (deposits, withdrawals, transfers)
- Maintain cash drawer compliance and perform daily reconciliation
- Identify cross-selling opportunities for bank products/services
- Adhere to all banking regulations and security protocols
- Assist with branch operations as needed
- Participate in ongoing training programs
Qualifications
