Responsibilities
- Accurately process deposits, withdrawals, and loan payments for customers.
- Greet customers warmly and provide exceptional service to build lasting relationships.
- Identify cross-selling opportunities to promote our suite of financial products.
- Ensure strict compliance with all banking regulations and security protocols.
- Assist in branch operations, including lobby management and cash balancing.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Previous experience in customer service, retail, or cash handling is preferred.
- Strong mathematical aptitude and keen attention to detail.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
