Responsibilities
- Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently, including deposits, withdrawals, and loan payments.
- Provide exceptional customer service by answering inquiries and resolving account issues promptly.
- Identify and cross-sell bank products and services to meet individual customer needs.
- Assist in maintaining the accuracy of the teller drawer and balancing daily transactions.
- Follow all banking regulations and compliance procedures to ensure security.
- Collaborate with the branch team to maintain a welcoming and organized banking environment.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate’s degree in Business or Finance is a plus.
- Basic math skills with a strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
- Reliable and trustworthy with a strong commitment to ethical standards.
- Previous customer service experience is preferred but not mandatory for our Trainee program.
