Responsibilities
- Process customer transactions (deposits, withdrawals, transfers) with 100% accuracy
- Provide exceptional in-person customer service and resolve account inquiries
- Balance cash drawers and maintain strict compliance with banking regulations
- Actively promote bank products and services to meet customer needs
- Utilize core banking software and digital platforms for transaction processing
- Participate in ongoing training to master banking procedures and security protocols
- Collaborate with branch team to ensure efficient daily operations
Qualifications
