Responsibilities
- Process customer transactions accurately, including cash deposits, withdrawals, and loan payments.
- Greet customers warmly and provide exceptional service at the teller line.
- Learn to operate the core banking software and handling complex financial products.
- Assist with daily branch operations, including lobby management and mail processing.
- Balance cash drawers and reconcile daily reports to ensure accuracy.
- Identify opportunities to cross-sell banking products to existing customers.
- Adhere to all bank security policies and regulatory compliance standards.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED is required.
- No prior banking experience is necessary; we will train you!
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Strong basic math skills and the ability to handle cash with high accuracy.
- Reliable transportation and a history of punctuality.
- Excellent communication skills and a friendly, approachable demeanor.
