Responsibilities
- Process customer transactions accurately, including cash deposits, withdrawals, and check cashing.
- Deliver exceptional customer service by greeting customers, answering inquiries, and resolving account issues.
- Learn and demonstrate knowledge of various financial products, including loans, mortgages, and credit cards.
- Balance cash drawers daily and ensure strict compliance with all bank security and regulatory policies.
- Build lasting relationships with customers to identify opportunities for cross-selling and referrals.
- Assist in maintaining a clean, organized, and professional branch environment.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED is required; Associate's degree in Finance or Business is a plus.
- Strong mathematical skills and exceptional attention to detail.
- Previous customer service experience is preferred but not mandatory for trainees.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
- Professional demeanor with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Reliable transportation and flexibility to work a full-time schedule, including weekends and holidays.
