Responsibilities
- Customer Experience: Provide outstanding service to clients, greeting them warmly and assisting with all banking needs efficiently.
- Transaction Processing: Accurately handle daily cash transactions, including deposits, withdrawals, and loan payments, while maintaining strict audit standards.
- Cash Management: Balance cash drawers daily and ensure all security and compliance protocols are strictly followed.
- Sales & Service: Proactively identify client needs and cross-sell our suite of financial products, such as credit cards and savings accounts.
- Problem Resolution: Address customer inquiries and resolve issues in a professional and timely manner.
- Administrative Support: Assist with account closures, form completions, and filing as required.
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Business preferred.
- Math Skills: Strong proficiency in basic mathematics and attention to detail is essential.
- Experience: Previous customer service experience is a plus; no prior banking experience is necessary for the Trainee program.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a professional demeanor.
- Integrity: Demonstrated ability to handle sensitive information and maintain high ethical standards.
