Responsibilities
- Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently, including cash, checks, and deposits.
- Greet customers warmly and provide exceptional customer service at every interaction.
- Balance cash drawers and reconcile daily reports to ensure accuracy.
- Assist in opening new accounts and explaining bank products and services to clients.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and secure teller line environment.
- Identify cross-selling opportunities to meet customer financial needs.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required; Bachelor's degree in Finance or Business is a plus.
- Strong basic math skills with the ability to handle cash with high accuracy.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to pass a background check and credit check.
- Proficiency with computer systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to a fast-paced banking environment.
