Responsibilities
- Process customer transactions accurately, including deposits, withdrawals, and loan payments.
- Greet customers warmly and provide superior customer service to build lasting relationships.
- Assist in the daily balancing of the teller drawer and cash reconciliation.
- Cross-sell bank products such as savings accounts, credit cards, and personal loans.
- Identify customer needs and refer them to appropriate bank departments or specialists.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment, adhering to all bank security and compliance protocols.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree in Finance or Business preferred.
- Previous customer service experience is a plus but not mandatory for the trainee role.
- Strong mathematical skills with the ability to handle cash and financial data with precision.
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Must be eligible to work in the United States.
