Responsibilities
- Process customer transactions (deposits, withdrawals, transfers) with 99.9% accuracy
- Resolve account inquiries and provide exceptional client experiences
- Operate teller systems and maintain cash drawer compliance
- Support digital banking initiatives and cross-sell bank products
- Adhere to strict security protocols and anti-fraud procedures
- Collaborate with branch teams to achieve service goals
- Complete 80+ hours of paid training within first 90 days
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Basic math proficiency and attention to detail
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work independently in remote/hybrid settings
- Proficient with digital tools (MS Office, mobile banking apps)
- Willingness to obtain required banking certifications
- Reliable transportation to Wichita for in-person training
