Responsibilities
- Process transactions (deposits, withdrawals, transfers) with 100% accuracy
- Deliver exceptional in-person and virtual customer service via our digital platforms
- Balance cash drawers and maintain daily transaction records
- Onboard clients to mobile banking and digital services
- Identify cross-sell opportunities for bank products
- Adhere to strict regulatory compliance protocols
- Collaborate with branch team on community outreach initiatives
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (college preferred)
- 6+ months customer service or cash handling experience
- Proficiency with basic MS Office and digital banking apps
- Strong attention to detail and numerical accuracy
- Ability to work flexible hours (including weekends)
- Valid Maryland driver's license (for branch visits)
- Pass background check and credit screening
