Responsibilities
- Process customer transactions (deposits, withdrawals, transfers) with 100% accuracy
- Deliver exceptional service while resolving account inquiries and issues
- Uphold strict compliance with banking regulations and security protocols
- Actively promote bank products and services to meet customer needs
- Maintain organized cash drawer and transaction records
- Collaborate with branch team to achieve sales and service goals
- Participate in ongoing training to develop financial services expertise
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- 6+ months customer service or cash handling experience
- Proficiency with basic math and computer applications
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in handling transactions
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends
- Valid Arizona driver's license and reliable transportation
- Pass background check and credit check (minimum 600 score)
- Must complete 6-week paid training program
