Responsibilities
- Process customer transactions (deposits, withdrawals, transfers) with 100% accuracy
- Balance cash drawers daily and reconcile discrepancies
- Open new accounts (checking, savings, CDs) while adhering to compliance protocols
- Resolve customer inquiries via phone, email, and virtual channels
- Upsell bank products based on customer needs and financial profiles
- Participate in virtual compliance training and security awareness sessions
- Complete hybrid training modules including digital banking platforms
- Collaborate with branch teams during in-person rotation periods
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (college degree preferred)
- Strong mathematical aptitude and attention to detail
- Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and digital banking apps
- Exceptional communication skills (written and verbal)
- Ability to work independently in remote settings
- Must pass background check and credit review
- Flexibility to attend in-person training sessions 2-3 days/week
- Customer service experience (retail, food service, or similar)
