Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly and provide superior customer service at the teller window.
- Process customer transactions accurately, including cash deposits, withdrawals, and account transfers.
- Balance cash drawers and reconcile daily transactions to ensure accuracy.
- Identify and cross-sell appropriate banking products and services to meet customer needs.
- Assist in maintaining a clean, organized, and secure teller line area.
- Handle routine inquiries regarding account balances and services professionally.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Basic computer literacy and typing skills.
- Strong mathematical aptitude and attention to detail.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 20 lbs.
- Must be able to pass a background check and credit check.
