Responsibilities
- Customer Engagement: Greet customers warmly and provide exceptional service at the teller line and within the lobby.
- Cash Handling: Accurately process cash deposits, withdrawals, loan payments, and check cashing transactions.
- Account Maintenance: Assist customers with opening new accounts, updating personal information, and resolving inquiries.
- Learning Systems: Master our digital banking platforms and core banking software under the guidance of senior staff.
- Compliance: Adhere strictly to all bank policies, regulatory requirements, and security protocols.
- Branch Operations: Assist in daily branch operations, including balancing the drawer and maintaining a tidy work environment.
Qualifications
- Education: High School Diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree in Finance or Business preferred.
- Experience: Previous customer service experience is a plus, but we value attitude and aptitude over experience.
- Skills: Strong attention to detail and accuracy in financial transactions.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact effectively with diverse clientele.
- Availability: Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, as part of the branch schedule.
- Integrity: High ethical standards and the ability to handle sensitive financial information with discretion.
